Honda civic engine whine - I own a 2012 Honda Civic LX and I installed a LED headlight kit and unfortunately one of the wires was not secured very well and got caught in the serpentine belt. The noise gets louder as I rev the engine. It actually cut the wire. The best way to find a vacuum leak is to simply pop the hood and carefully look over all the rubber hoses to make sure each is attached properly and is in good condition.
